This role is designed for individuals stepping into generalist responsibilities within HR. You will focus on recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and performance management while providing essential support to leaders in the firm. Your insights will help shape a thriving work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce job offers and conduct reference checks
• Manage and update employee data records
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes
• Support performance reviews and goal setting
• Deliver presentations and facilitate training sessions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education and HR accreditation
• At least 3 years of HR experience required
• Completion of CPHR designation preferred
• Experience in the professional services industry is beneficial
• Willingness to travel as necessary
