Become the Operations Supervisor for cleaning services covering Nanaimo and surrounding areas, leading teams to achieve top-tier service delivery and client satisfaction.
This role focuses on supervising multiple teams within your territory, ensuring operational efficiency and top-notch service quality. You will engage directly with employees, clients, and subcontractors, managing compliance and providing necessary training and resources. The job requires flexible hours and travel for site inspections and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee cleaning crews and subcontractors’ activities
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits
• Manage client relations and address escalations
• Onboard new cleaning staff and maintain timesheet records
• Monitor equipment and supply budgets
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in People Management
• 2 years minimum in Commercial Janitorial Cleaning
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Clean driver's license required
• Willingness to undergo security clearance if necessary
