In the position of Janitorial Services Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the daily operations out of our physical location. Beyond managing a dedicated team of 5-10 employees, you will set policies that ensure efficient operations and service. You'll also plan budgets and quickly respond to customer concerns, making sure service standards remain high.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations for optimal outcomes
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance
• Develop and implement operational policies
• Control financial budgets and inventory levels
• Address and resolve customer queries effectively
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate required
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to manage a small team effectively
• Bondable and hold a valid driver’s license
• Detail-oriented and strong oral/written communication skills
Your expertise in management and client relations will be key in providing top-tier janitorial services.
