Operations Manager

Position: Luxury Transport Operations Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of over 40 vehicles

• Develop policies to enhance operational efficiency

• Train and lead department supervisors and team members

• Prepare reports and analyze productivity metrics

• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of management experience in transportation

• Proven leadership and strong analytical skills

• Excellent multitasking and communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software

• Class 4 Unrestricted license preferred
