Lead Branch Operations in QC

We are on the lookout for an experienced Branch Manager to manage all branch operations, including inventory control and team leadership. This role demands over 10 years of experience in a related environment and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for maximizing financial performance and adherence to operational guidelines while managing around 15 staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly lead and develop branch operations staff
• Manage inventory, warehousing, and distribution processes
• Ensure a customer-centered and safe workplace
• Measure branch KPIs, budgets, and profitability
• Establish solid client and stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of management experience in operations
• Capable of driving operational success and team development
• Proven skills in financial management and problem-solving
• Lean Operations or Six Sigma experience desired
• Must be fluent in both French and English
