The Mission Support & Execute:
Inherit a strong account management team and provide them with the mentorship and tools they need to scale and succeed.
Build the new:
Recruit and train 3 to 5 account executives / net new sales reps.
Drive Accountability:
Run the sales department with clarity and discipline using our established EOS meeting rhythms (Level 10s).
Finish the Work:
We need a leader who doesn't just start projects but has the grit to see them through to the finish line.

Compensation Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 CAD.
Target Quarterly OTE: $200,000 CAD + (Uncapped)
