NANAIMO F.O.S. Housing Society seeks Board Members with strategic planning and accounting skills to help guide its mission. This position involves quarterly meetings, either in-person or online.
As a Board Member, your leadership experience will contribute to NANAIMO F.O.S. Housing Society’s goals. The Society is looking for individuals who can enhance its strategic vision while ensuring strong financial practices. Your participation will help improve housing solutions for the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in quarterly Board meetings, in-person or virtually
• Lead strategic planning initiatives for the Society
• Apply accounting expertise in financial decision-making
• Work collaboratively with fellow Board members
• Uphold compliance and regulatory responsibilities
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and strategic planning background
• Accounting experience preferred
• Criminal Record Check clearance required
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to community housing development
