In this role, you'll oversee timely setups, maintain product knowledge, and serve as a key contact for customer issues. Your daily tasks include processing orders, promoting services, and supporting marketing campaigns. Collaborate with management to review metrics and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate timely setups for new customers
• Maintain accurate product knowledge and apply it for servicing customers
• Serve as point of contact for escalated issues
• Maintain visit logs and identify service patterns
• Promote product lines and support marketing efforts
Requirements:
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in relevant field
• 1+ years of sales or account management experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to handle physical tasks related to the role
