Position: Central Island Operations Leader

In this leadership position, you will oversee the operational teams from north of Malahat to Qualicum. It's an opportunity to develop strong business relationships while conducting assessments that shape competitive strategies. You will partner with the Chief Growth Officer, ensuring that all business activities align with CVIY's strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the operations team across multiple regions

• Manage client relations and enhance customer satisfaction

• Conduct assessments to identify market opportunities

• Support the strategic implementation of marketing plans

• Grow new business contracts and manage proposals

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 5-7 years of experience in security management

• Strong relationship-building and leadership skills

• Self-motivated with a strategic approach

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
