- Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years - Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years Tasks - Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities
- Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
- Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
- Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
- Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal Food specialties
- Fish and seafood Product inspection experience
- Meat and meat products Screening questions
