The Executive Director will guide operational and financial leadership while being accountable to the Board of Directors. This role focuses on expanding mentoring programs, maintaining accountability, and enhancing relationships with community partners. Ideal candidates are visionary leaders passionate about youth development with a solid record in nonprofit and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement diversified fundraising strategies
• Oversee financial management and reporting processes
• Establish strategic priorities with the Board
• Ensure quality standards for mentoring programs
• Cultivate strong relationships with funders and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit
• Background in working with Boards and governance practices
• Proven ability in fundraising and revenue generation
• Financial management skills and acumen
• Educational background in nonprofit management or related fields
