Lead Pastor at Bethel Church

Bethel Church is hiring a Lead Pastor to shepherd our community through authentic discipleship and biblical teachings, enhancing meaningful worship experiences. This pivotal role supports members on their faith journeys.

The Lead Pastor will work collaboratively with the Board to guide the church toward mission-driven efforts ensuring spiritual health and unity among the congregation. You will oversee church operations, program implementations, and ministry health while maintaining accountability regarding ministerial ethics. This role also involves empowering leaders within the church.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive spiritual and organizational leadership

• Uphold the mission centered on biblical teaching and community building

• Manage day-to-day church operations as chief executive

• Direct the planning of church ministry programs

• Conduct strategies for clear and meaningful discipleship

Requirements:

• Qualified for credentials with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada

• Formal theological training and ongoing learning engagement

• Deep commitment to pastoral care and church leadership

• Experience in fostering existing ministries

• Alignment with biblical qualifications for pastoral roles
