Elevate community support as PCCR's Community Inclusion Program Coordinator. Leverage your experience to foster open communication, ensuring quality services for supported persons and their families.
As a Community Inclusion Program Coordinator, you will manage program operations and oversee Community Inclusion employees. Collaborate within PCCR’s Home Share Coordinator network team, emphasizing community-based program setup and supportive staff management.
Your role is essential in developing individualized service plans and achieving goals outlined in these plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend procurements for Community Inclusion programs
• Create community-based support programs
• Recruit and manage Community Inclusion employees
• Assist in staff development and training
• Monitor regulatory compliance and standards
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or relevant education
• Minimum three years in Community Inclusion work
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft software
• Current First-Aid and CPR Level C certification
