Housing Support Coordinator at ICCS

Make a difference as a Housing Support Coordinator at ICCS, overseeing outreach and rent subsidy services. Lead a team, develop programs, and contribute to homelessness prevention efforts.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this Program Coordinator 2 role requires three years of experience in similar settings, including supervisory responsibilities. You will manage client intake for rent subsidies, coordinate with landlords, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and funding requirements, while promoting community engagement and service awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee outreach and rent subsidy program administration

• Supervise staff and evaluate performance collaboratively

• Liaise with landlords, organizations, and community service providers

• Provide immediate support to frontline staff during crises

• Develop and deliver community workshops and engagement activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant human or social service field

• Three years of related experience, including one year of supervision

• Certifications in Non-Violent Crisis Prevention and a Class 5 License

• Reliable vehicle for work use with reimbursement

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
