- Provide spiritual, pastoral, and organizational leadership to the congregation, staff and ministry volunteers.
- This role exists to uphold Bethel's mission of fostering biblical teaching, authentic community, meaningful worship, and Spirit-led discipleship.
- The lead Pastor works in partnership with the Board to guide the church toward spiritual health, relational unity, and missional impact and accountable to the District Superintendent of the PAOC in matters of ministerial ethics, moral purity, doctrine and issues of affiliation with our fellowship.
- Biblical qualifications:
Mat. 28:19-20, 1 Tim. 3:1-7 Titus 1:6-9, 1
Pet. 5:2-4. - To serve as chief executive officer of the church with regard to day-to-day operations, correspondence, government and legal matters pertaining to the assembly.

Salary Range
$60,000 to $75,000 depending on education and experience
- Hold or be eligible for credentials with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada
- Demonstrate a deep love for Scripture and a commitment to preaching and teaching God's Word with clarity, accuracy, and practical application.
- Meet Biblical qualifications 1
Tim 3, Titus 1, 1 Peter 5
- Possess strong skills in Pastoral care and counselling, - The ability to equip and raise leaders within the congregation
- Support and strengthen existing ministries such as Celebrate Recovery, Groups, Prayer, and Hospitality
- Lead the church in a clear, intentional discipleship strategy that helps people grow from new believers to mature followers of Christ.
- Possess formal theological training.
- Ordained by and in good standing with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada.
- One who is a life-long learner.
- One who participates regularly in spiritual learning communities.
