Position: Alsco Uniforms Route Sales Expert

In this role, you will meet our customers’ needs by managing route responsibilities, enhancing customer loyalty, and efficiently conducting sales operations. Your proactive approach will be essential in building rapport with clients, handling deliveries, and resolving concerns in collaboration with your supervisor. You will also participate in company promotions and audits regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Safely drive and maintain your delivery vehicle

• Process customer payments and handle route paperwork

• Deliver complete textile loads and pick up soiled textiles

• Report competitive activities and maintain service agreements

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, CDL when applicable

• Clean driving record with no accidents

• One year of driving experience required

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
