As a Route Sales Representative, you are critical to customer satisfaction and sales success. This role involves proactively communicating with customers, up-selling and cross-selling products, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining an excellent driving record. You will engage effectively in promotions and audits to meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities- Solicit recent customers and manage existing accounts
- Up-sell services and maintain customer relations
- Safely operate delivery vehicle following all laws
- Handle customer payments and paperwork accurately
- Monitor competitive activity and renew service agreements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum one year of protected driving experience
- Skills in customer service and route sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and follow directions
