Senior Beauty Sales Consultant
Chatters is looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant to join our growing team at our Woodgrove retail salon.
Role OverviewA Product Expert who can present and promote beauty products at the customer level through passion for beauty.
Key Responsibilities- Engage customers to recommend products and ensure a positive experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and handle tough sale situations.
- Support booking, merchandising and other store operations as needed.
- Provide 5‑star customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Experience in customer service, sales or retail industry.
- Strong communication and outreach skills; outgoing and positive attitude.
- Confidence, flexibility, self‑motivation to exceed expectations.
- Computer proficiency and ability to use business systems.
- Passion for beauty products and desire to remain updated on trends.

- Fair and equal pay, starting at $18.25 per hour.
