Electrical Inside Sales Specialist

You will prepare quotations, handle orders, and ensure clients are informed about stock availability. Daily follow-ups and outbound calls are key to expanding customer engagement and soliciting additional business. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries through phone and email channels

• Process orders and quotes accurately every day

• Verify stock levels and recommend suitable alternatives

• Execute follow-up communication on all pending quotations

• Support customers with any e-commerce inquiries

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in inside sales

• Proven ability to build customer relationships

• Effective multitasking and time management capabilities

• Familiarity with AS400 systems is a plus

• Electrical product knowledge is essential
