Sales Service (Aisle Person)

London Drugs is seeking innovative, customer‑focused individuals to join our team. The Sales Service (Stock) position is primarily responsible for merchandising products to the sales floor, processing sales transactions, handling general inquiries, general housekeeping, and other related customer service duties. This role is a key touchpoint with our customers and supports our mission to provide a superior shopping experience every day.

Key responsibilities:

• Merchandise products to the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash register operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide courteous, helpful service.
• Maintain general housekeeping and product presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory and product stock levels.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer‑service role is an asset.
• Excellent social skills: courteous, sincere, articulate, well‑groomed.
• High tolerance for interacting with the public and a mature, positive attitude.
• Productivity, good cash handling abilities, and efficient cash register knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality service.

Work Schedule: Applicants must be available for a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
