Sinclair Supply Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our Nanaimo team.

Your role includes addressing customer inquiries, relaying key inventory details, and ensuring exceptional service. A strong customer service background of at least two years in a wholesale environment is essential to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchases via phone, email, and in-store

• Relay delivery dates and manage inventory communications

• Research products to guide customer choices effectively

• Enter, pick, and pack sales orders at the counter

• Maintain the cleanliness of counter and merchandising displays

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience

• Knowledge of HVAC industry; hydronics preferred

• High School Diploma or HVACR-related experience

• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and teammates

• Ability to learn order processing software (Eclipse)
