Your role is crucial in delivering an outstanding customer experience and achieving key business metrics across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage mall shoppers through the sales process

• Network and maintain a list of prospective clients

• Deliver unbiased, personalized product advice

• Achieve specific business performance metrics

• Manage daily kiosk operations and inventory

Requirements:

• Retail or hospitality experience with point-of-sale systems

• Availability during mall hours, including evenings and weekends

• Wireless retail or commission sales experience is an asset

• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment

• Physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds
