Key Responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads through home inspections and customer interaction
• Utilize consultative selling to educate on Leaf Home products
• Report daily sales results to management
• Represent Leaf Home professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Work outdoors and handle prolonged standing and walking
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated to exceed sales targets and maintain professionalism
