As a Sales Lead, you will closely collaborate with Managers and Sales Associates, building strong customer relations and enhancing brand loyalty. With at least two years of high-performance sales experience, your primary goal will be to empower your team and exceed sales targets while embracing Pandora's culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales objectives
• Build authentic relationships with customers
• Exhibit product knowledge to enhance shopping experiences
• Inspire and coach team members towards attaining KPIs
• Uphold store culture as a brand ambassador
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales
• Strong care in communication skills
• Ability to charm and engage customers
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
