As part of SLR’s Land Quality and Remediation team, this Early Career Environmental Scientist/Engineer role focuses on managing and remediating contaminated sites. Your work will span various environmental assessments and monitoring initiatives, providing invaluable hands-on experience and opportunities for professional growth in the sustainability sector. Each project presents unique challenges to enhance your capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in environmental project types, including Stage 1 and 2 PSIs
• Participate actively in field sampling and monitoring tasks
• Contribute to the development of technical reports
• Assist project managers with coordination and budget management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Environmental Science, Geology, or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience favorable
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to conditions
