Hot Tanks Inc. is seeking a dedicated Journeyperson Service Plumber in Nanaimo to enhance residential plumbing services. This hands-on role emphasizes high-quality service, clear communication, and thorough documentation for a superior client experience in a full-time position.

As our first field technician, you will take pride in performing service calls, providing honest solutions, and maintaining clean worksites. You will play a crucial role in refining service procedures and guiding newcomers in the plumbing field. Engage in diagnostic work and guarantee systems operate smoothly before leaving each site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality residential service calls

• Recommend effective and practical plumbing solutions

• Lead hot water tank replacements and repairs

• Keep job sites clean and organized

• Document all services with care and accuracy

Requirements:

• Journeyperson plumbing certification

• Strong background in residential plumbing

• Valid Gas ticket and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and follow standards

• Calm and clear communication with clients
