As a Shop Foreman, you will oversee daily operations while mentoring RV technicians and apprentices in a busy service environment. Your key responsibilities include prioritizing workloads, monitoring performance, and ensuring top-quality repairs. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction in our honest shop culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead RV Technicians and apprentices in daily shop tasks
• Assign and prioritize work for maximum shop efficiency
• Monitor workflow and technician performance regularly
• Provide technical troubleshooting support and guidance
• Work closely with service management to meet customer expectations
Requirements:
• Red Seal Technician Certification required
• Valid Driver's License is necessary
• First Aid Certification considered an asset
• Ability to diagnose and repair various RV systems
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
