Lead Technician at First General Services

As a Mitigation Leader, you will oversee vital aspects of restoration across Vancouver Island. With at least three years in the restoration industry and WRT certification, you will use your expertise to guide homeowners. This full-time, permanent role entails performing site inspections, leading a skilled team, and maintaining clear communication with customers and partners throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and complete documentation accurately

• Lead the team to maintain efficient work pace

• Ensure proper use of FG equipment and tools

• Upload daily reports, photos, and equipment tracking

• Collaborate with stakeholders and assist in planning tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in restoration

• WRT certification required, IICRC certifications are an asset

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Class 5 BC driver's license required

• Ability to safely operate various power tools
