Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Longwood Landing apartment building in Nanaimo, BC.
You will diagnose and repair plumbing, heating and electrical issues, fix windows, doors, switches, and various fixtures, and perform painting and drywall tasks to keep units in top condition. Applicants should have 2+ years in a maintenance role, a relevant trade certificate or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.
