You will diagnose and repair plumbing, heating, and electrical issues, perform general repairs, and help maintain interior and exterior areas to keep units in good condition. The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, a relevant trade or technical certification, knowledge of hand tools, and a valid driver’s license.
