Maintenance Coordinator Salary: $45,895.19 - $53,252.58 - $65,564.57 (Explained below)
Hours:
36 hrs/week (Mon to Thurs)
The Role
Reporting to the Public Works Manager, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing contractor work, fleet vehicle maintenance, performing basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, carpentry, minor repairs), and coordinating staJ training and support. This role involves developing and maintaining comprehensive maintenance and fleet records, managing insurance and ICBC claims for SFN vehicles, and ensuring preventative maintenance and safety compliance across all facilities.
Strong problem solving skills, and technical trade knowledge are essential.

Key Qualifications- High School Diploma.
- Two years of experience working as a tradesperson.
- Possession of relevant technical knowledge, with a diploma or certificate in technical trade such as plumbing, carpentry, or building maintenance. Preference will be given to candidates with broad technical expertise in multiple disciplines.
- Salary & pension plan with an employer contribution of 6% (after 3 months)

The Salary Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is determined based on our comp analysis and is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.
