Overview
Fountain Tire Nanaimo (4801 Wellington Road) is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as a Commercial Tire Technician!

Whateach day will bring:
- Something different! You never know what kind of vehicle or tire you may be required to work on or what customers will need help
- You could be inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing truck, farm, industrial and/or OTR tires ORyou could be greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects ofrepair, service and tire sales
- Amazing customers to impress with your professional and friendly customer service
- The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe on the job
- Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road!
Whatkind of person are we looking for?
- We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of tire experience in a professional setting
- Previous experience with OTR tires is an asset
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
- This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc. and we need someone who willbe up for the challenge
- We need someone who can be on call after hours
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds if required
