As a Plumbing Journeyperson, you will maintain, repair, and install mechanical systems across commercial and multi-family buildings. The work includes boilers, pumps, hydronic systems, building controls, and plumbing equipment. You will document findings, prepare quote drafts, and support reliable service productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose mechanical system issues and complete repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and routine service
- Install pumps, valves, tanks, and related components
- Prepare quote drafts from service findings
- Complete service reports before closing work orders
- Journeyperson Plumbing, Back Flow, and Gas B tickets
- Experience with commercial plumbing and mechanical equipment
- Experience troubleshooting boilers, pumps, and hydronic systems
- Knowledge of building controls, electrical systems, and plumbing service
- Valid BC Driver’s License and clean driving record
