The Facilities and Maintenance Manager position at ICCS is integral to the agency’s operations. You will lead a dedicated team while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with various program managers to support the diverse operational requirements of community services, focusing on preventative maintenance and effective resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day facility maintenance and safety operations
• Develop and monitor facilities compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate contractors and service providers for maintenance projects
• Implement emergency response strategies and risk management
• Conduct inspections to identify infrastructure needs and priorities
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in a facilities management role
• Supervisory experience in maintenance and property operations
• Knowledge of health and safety practices
• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management preferred
• Valid BC Driver’s License and ability to travel as required
Ensure effective facility management that supports the impactful work of ICCS in the community.
