Assists Bakery Manager in day-to-day functions of Bakery operations, including merchandising, ad execution, associate engagement and customer service;
Supervises associates within the department in partnership with or in the absence of the department manager;
Keeps bakery department well stocked and appealing to meet customer demand and ensures freshness and correct pricing;
Monitors department inventories, weekly sales, and production logs to manage inventory and costs;
Provides excellent customer service and resolves customer concerns promptly and courteously
