The majority of the work is on the outpatient side with all patient age groups but primarily adult. Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy sessions.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (PT‑MA), current license required (allow up to 4 weeks for renewal).
• Certification:
  Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination.
• SSN and DOB required.

• Experience working in an outpatient environment.
• Current Massachusetts license.
