American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a MA RN license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

• Work in the Emergency Department of an acute care hospital serving a year-round island community and seasonal visitors
• 36 hours per week with rotating shifts
• Patients include both local residents and a large increase in seasonal visitors
• Uses Epic for charting and EMR documentation
• Shared housing is provided at no cost
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced emergency department environment
• Rotating shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Parking may have associated costs; public transportation options available
• Local candidates must live more than 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital for standard travel rate eligibility

• Active, non-conditional MA RN license required at start
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA strongly preferred, Red Cross accepted for some locations)
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
