Travel RN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position on Nantucket requiring an active MA RN license and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

• Active MA RN license required (no conditional licenses accepted)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon start (AHA preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Primary source license verification required within 30 days of start via NURSYS and BON

• Emergency Department setting in a community hospital serving a year-round population of 15,000+ with up to 100,000 seasonal visitors
• 36 hours per week on rotating shifts
• Uses Epic charting system
• 15-week assignment length
• Provide emergency nursing care within a small community hospital setting serving both permanent residents and seasonal visitors
• Shared housing provided at no cost
• Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Boston are accepted at a reduced rate
• RTO must be identified at time of consideration
• Uses UKG/Kronos timekeeping system
