About Billie’s Nantucket

Billie’s Nantucket is a new upscale casual steakhouse and martini bar opening on the island of Nantucket, MA. This is a unique opportunity to join the opening team of a brand-new restaurant in one of the most beautiful and high-end destinations in the U.S.

Open Positions PM Line Cook

Pay: $27.00–$32.00 per hour (based on experience)
Focus:

  • Cooking and plating during evening service
  • Working in a scratch kitchen with clear standards
  • Executing dishes accurately and efficiently during busy service
AM Prep Cook

Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Focus:

  • Daily prep work and recipe execution
  • Supporting kitchen organization and cleanliness
  • Setting up the kitchen for smooth service
About You
  • 1+ year of kitchen experience in an upscale casual or fine-dining environment
  • Solid food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
  • Comfortable following written recipes and plating standards
  • Works quickly, efficiently, and stays calm under pressure
  • Strong communicator and reliable team player
  • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Maintains a clean, professional workspace
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Schedule & Requirements
  • Full-time | 5 days per week
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • English required (Spanish helpful)
  • Employment eligibility verification required
