Salary Range: $65,000 - $100,000 / Year DOE

Retail Sales Specialist Responsibilities

• Sell luxury jewelry and accessories, providing exceptional customer service
• Set up and display jewelry before store opening
• Assist in inventory management on a quarterly basis
• Engage in proactive follow-up with customers through various communication channels
• Participate in store events and ensure the store remains organized
• Develop creative outreach strategies during off-peak seasons

Retail Sales Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years of retail sales experience in a high-end capacity
• Proven ability to sell luxury products priced at $10,000 and above
• Stability with 5+ years at one retail location preferred
• Current employment status is preferred, with exceptions considered for valid reasons
• Fine jewelry sales experience preferred
• Experience selling multiple unique product lines a plus
• Familiarity with the Palm Beach market is a strong advantage
