- 3+ Years Retail Supervisor experience in similar volume (or equivalent).
- Microsoft Office, Google Suite & Virtual Video Platforms proficiency.
- Proficient communication skills – verbal and written.
- Proven track record in HR Management.
- Inventory management and merchandising abilities.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Business acumen.
- Preferred experience in Social Media.
- Must be able to bend, reach, carry up to 30 pounds.
- Availability for holidays, nights and weekends to support business needs.

Salary Range: $64,600 - $83,700
