Seasonal Sales Associate, Nantucket

Southern Tide, LLC is a lifestyle apparel brand focused on the coastal lifestyle. We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to assist with the daily sales of our retail store.

A seasonal/temporary role with variable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience that drives sales and embraces brand positioning.
• Create an in‑store experience consistent with company culture.
• Build and cultivate relationships with customers to increase engagement and sales.
• Provide prompt recommendations and professional service, including fit and fashion advice.
• Participate in store‑related meetings and work toward exceeding sales and service performance goals.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance and inventory integrity.
• Offer ideas to grow and improve the business.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 0–1 years of retail experience.
• Knowledge of current product offerings and ability to share product knowledge.
• Optimistic, high‑energy, team‑oriented attitude.

• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Can bend, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders occasionally.
• Can stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Willing to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Hourly pay: $16–$20 per hour, with possible bonuses or commissions.
