Operations Associate, Seasonal​/Temporary

Summary

Provide exemplary customer experience by supporting all store operations functions, including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office, repairs, and administrative tasks. Ensure merchandise is processed and handled according to company standards and assist with inventory preparation and execution. Maintain supplies for office and facilities, support loss prevention procedures, and partner with store leadership to improve processes and efficiency.

• Support inventory preparation and execute inventory tasks and counts
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise, transfers, UPS and shipping documents, and alterations per company procedures
• Manage stock room organization, replenishment, and control of supplies
• Assist with cash office and operational administrative duties as needed
• Support and follow loss prevention and asset protection procedures to reduce shrink
• Partner with store leadership to assess and improve store processes and workflows

• Enthusiasm for projecting an elevated store image and strong customer focus
• Strong time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb/use a ladder as trained under safety guidelines
• Relevant retail or operations experience preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook
