Keyholder – Southern Tide

Southern Tide, LLC is a coastal‑lifestyle apparel brand that offers premium products and experiences. The Keyholder assists with the daily operations of a Southern Tide retail store, supporting sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and store security.

• Assist with sales, providing merchandise suggestions and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
• Use the point‑of‑sale system to complete routine register transactions, inventory receiving and transfers, and opening and closing of registers and store.
• Perform routine register tasks and handle transactions in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Safeguard store assets, maintain inventory integrity, and prevent shrinkage.
• Participate in cycle counts and year‑end physical inventory.
• Provide merchandising ideas that may improve sales, including floor displays, staffing, and advertising.
• Attend store‑related meetings and work toward exceeding sales and service performance goals set by management.
• Operate consistently with company policies and procedures and keep the store organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Execute opening/closing routines in the absence of the manager or assistant manager.

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong attention to detail, proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Advanced computer skills in Excel and Word.
• Capacity to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay range: $18–$22 per hour. Pay is based on qualifications, skills, experience, geography, and state and local wage laws. Bonus and/or commission, plus benefits such as healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off, and product discounts may be offered.
