Location: Napa, CA
Position: Part-Time
Starting Pay: $18/hr

Join our warm, resident-centered team at Napa Valley Care Center
, where we take pride in providing exceptional post-acute and long-term care. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Admissions Assistant to support our admissions department and help create a positive experience for residents and families.

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors during the admissions process
• Support the Admissions Coordinator with paperwork, data entry, and documentation
• Gather and organize required admission materials
• Communicate professionally with hospital partners, staff, and families
• Help maintain a welcoming environment for incoming residents
• Assist with tours, phone inquiries, and general administrative needs

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing preferred but not required
