Key Responsibilities- Answer multi‑line phone calls and route calls to the appropriate team members.
- Greet visitors, provide assistance, and maintain a professional front office atmosphere.
- Handle clerical tasks, administrative projects, and general office support duties.
- Sort and distribute daily mail accurately and efficiently.
- Stock office, break room, and kitchen supplies to support daily operations.
- Order office supplies and help maintain an organized, well‑functioning workspace.
- Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour.
