Front Desk Receptionist**   **$20–$23/hr (DOE)** |  Full-Time Napa Post Acute is looking for a
** friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist
** to join our team! This role is the
** first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors**, helping create a warm and welcoming environment while supporting the daily operations of the  addition to front desk responsibilities, this position will also assist with
** ordering and organizing nursing supplies**, helping ensure our clinical team has what they need to provide excellent care.

* Greet residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
* Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
* Take accurate messages and assist with general inquiries
* Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front lobby area
* Assist with
** ordering, receiving, and organizing nursing supplies
*** Support administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
* Help coordinate communication between departments### ### What We’re Looking For
* Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
* Organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a busy environment
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, phone systems)
