Controller, Construction

Looking for a hands on Controller who comes from construction or related industry. 100% onsite and salary range is 170k-200k base salary. Should have experience in the following:

• 5+ years of construction accounting
• Job Costing, percentage of project completion costs, forecasting
• Supervise team of 3-4
• Mentor, train, guide staff
• Work well with operations and various project managers
• Bachelor's Degree
• Job Stability
