Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in Mixed‑Use Construction to lead our California‑based Multifamily/Commercial Builders firm. The role is key to overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery and compliance with regulations.

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year.

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budget, timeline, and resources, and ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project progress regularly and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and manage any unforeseen issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and all stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in Mixed‑Use Construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Superior problem‑solving abilities and strong decision‑making skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality control.
