Operations Manager
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year.

Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a rich background in Mixed‑Use Construction to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from planning to implementation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including budget, timeline, and resources, and ensure their successful execution.
- Monitor project progress regularly and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and manage any unforeseen issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and all stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in Mixed‑Use Construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Superior problem‑solving abilities and strong decision‑making skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality control.
